DESCRIBING THE FOCUS

In professional settings, I would often speak candid truths with no boundaries or compassion for others’ feelings. in attempt to enact social change.
Through my social media platform as a micro-influencer (Segev, 2018), I experienced successful change campaigns but often at the cost of backlash from insiders (Berkovich, 2022)
- I did not have enough knowledge of the issues, factors, or solutions to the problems I was advocating to reform
- My relationship with staff as well as my interactions with learners was tainted by my habits of mind and disposition.
- I can recall all of the bridges I burned due to my fighting mentality toward peers in the work and even learners (Stinson, 2007).
