Valenciá’s garden: Evolution

Est. 2013: Born during a time of self-discovery, Valencia’s Garden started as a personal blog, documenting moments of triumph, vulnerability, and self-reflection to bridge creativity with advocacy, focusing on themes of self-love, mental health, education, and motivation. The garden aspect was suggested by her close friend, Carissa Harrison, to allow full freedom to express across diverse topics because “anything can be found in a garden.”

Rooted in resilience, beginning as a digital growth tracker, now, a timeline of planted seeds: after a decade of blogging, this space was re-cultivated to inspire individuals to embrace all aspects of their progress as they learn to grow through the process of life.

The vision is to empower individuals through educational, creative reflective practices that lead to growth in the form of inner reformation and collective transformation.
